These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 678nd platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 678nd ("678nd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 678nd website and all associated gaming, betting and account services. By accessing the 678nd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 678nd platform.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Age and Capacity Requirements
To register and use the 678nd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 678nd does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You must register using accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of 678nd, or an immediate family member of any such person.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on the 678nd platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 678nd identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method or any other means), 678nd reserves the right to:
- Immediately close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
- Void any and all bets, wagers, casino game results and bonus claims associated with duplicate accounts.
- Retain any funds deposited into duplicate accounts where fraud or abuse is suspected, pending investigation.
- Report the activity to relevant authorities if criminal conduct is identified.
2.2 Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 678nd account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 678nd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 678nd support immediately via the live chat service available on the platform.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
678nd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned where technically possible.
- Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned and may trigger account suspension.
- 678nd does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction fees or limits independently of 678nd.
- 678nd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing a deposit where the transaction triggers internal risk thresholds.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified and approved by 678nd support.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to verify your identity using your registered mobile number OTP. Additional documentation may be requested at 678nd's discretion.
- Withdrawal requests submitted between 06:00 and 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers made available by 678nd are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following conditions apply to all 678nd bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. No bonus will be credited to an account that has not satisfied the minimum eligibility requirements under Section 1.
- The 678nd welcome bonus requires a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The bonus is credited as a 100% match up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal of any bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 678nd will specify the applicable wagering requirement for each promotion at the time it is offered.
- Bonus funds and free spin winnings may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
- 678nd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where fraud, abuse, or technical error is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 678nd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with any part of the 678nd platform without human input.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the 678nd platform to process proceeds of crime.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 678nd platform infrastructure, games, RNG systems or security measures.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip dumping, coordinated live dealer strategies, or sharing of game-state information in real time.
- Registering or maintaining an account on behalf of another person, or allowing any third party to use your 678nd account credentials to access the platform or place bets.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent any geographic restrictions applied by 678nd.
5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where 678nd determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, 678nd may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void any or all bets, game results and winnings associated with the account; withhold and forfeit any account balance including deposited funds where fraud or criminal conduct is established; report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure
6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools
678nd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players and may be activated by contacting 678nd support:
- Deposit Limits: You may set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or calendar month. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours following the request.
- Session Time Reminders: You may configure automatic notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks.
- Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the 678nd platform. A self-exclusion request is irreversible and cannot be lifted for a minimum period of six months from the date of the request.
6.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 678nd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet following identity verification and provided no pending withdrawals, chargebacks or fraud investigations are outstanding. 678nd will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.
7. Legal Provisions
7.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the 678nd platform, including but not limited to the 678nd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of 678nd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 678nd intellectual property without the prior written consent of 678nd.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678nd, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. In no event shall 678nd's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 678nd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7.3 Amendments to These Terms
678nd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform or by updating the effective date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 678nd platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
7.4 Governing Language and Disputes
These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 678nd platform shall be addressed in the first instance by contacting the 678nd support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
